Acceptable Use Policy

Electronic Copyright Infringement Policy

The Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) enacted in 2008, placed new obligations and responsibilities on Colleges and Universities in the area of copyright protection. Copyright infringement occurs when intellectual property is used without authorization from the owner. 热博体育 University is legally required by the Higher Education Opportunity Act to take action against such activities when we receive a notice of violation for electronic copyright infringement.

Personal information that you provide via e-mail or through other online means will be used only for specifically stated purposes or as necessary to serve your needs, such as responding to an inquiry or request for information.
