热博官网 University offers an in-house semester payment plan for all undergraduate, graduate and law school students. The 热博官网 Pay Plan provides an option to help students and families manage college costs by dividing tuition and other expenses into smaller payments.

All students will access 热博官网 Pay Plan through themyCap self-service portalunder the Student Finances tab. For your convenience, current balance and other account information will be available 24/7 through your 热博官网 Pay Plan account.

How does 热博官网 Pay Plan Work?

热博官网 Pay Plan payments follows the academic calendar. Tuition and fee payments are made in equal installments using the following schedule. Payments are based on the current semester balance and will update and adjust if financial aid or other fee amounts change.

• Payment Schedule
  • Spring semester = 4 payments (January – April)
  • Summer semester = 3 payments (May – July)
  • Fall semester = 4 payments (August – November)
• Payment plans can be set-up for current semester balances only. Prior balances must be paid separately through the Student Accounts Office.
• 热博官网 Pay Plan does not allow for pre-scheduled payments. Students will be notified in themyCap service portalwhen payments are due. Family members wishing to have access to 热博官网 Pay Plan must be given proxy access by student inmyCap.

热博官网 Pay Plan Cost

• $35 fee per each semester enrolled in 热博官网 Pay Plan.
• Payment options:
• Cash and check payments can be made in person at the Student Accounts Office.
• myCaponline payments using automatic bank payment (ACH) or web check or by using a credit/debit card. Credit and debit card payments incur a 2.75% convenience fee.
• Additional fees will be charged for late payments ($35) and returned payments ($25).

热博官网 Pay Plan Enrollment

Students who wish to participate in 热博官网 Pay Plan must sign up during the following enrollment periods. Each semester a one-time, non-refundable $35 fee is required to set up a Pay Plan account. Please note: Students not making payments on their scheduled dates, risk being cancelled off of the payment plan.

• Summer 2025 semester: April 28 – May 31, 2025
• Fall 2025 semester: July 30 – August 29, 2025
• Spring 2026 semester: December 3, 2025 – January 28, 2026
