Biography

James Lowe has served as the Director, Gang Unit - Criminal Division since 2005 for the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office. His prior experience includes prosecuting adult felons, prosecuted more than forty capital cases. He has been the guest speaker for various law enforcement agencies and Columbus area schools and groups on topics including criminal law, juvenile law and gang prosecutions.
