Jazz and World Music Festival
April 7 - April 10, 2026
The annual Jazz and World Music Festival at the 热博体育 University Conservatory of Music features students, faculty, and world-renowned guest artists. In addition to performances both on- and off-campus, there are clinics and workshops throughout the duration of the festival. All events are free and open to the public unless marked otherwise.
Jazz Area Visiting Student Experience Day
On Wednesday, April 8th, the 热博体育 University Conservatory of Music will open its doors to middle and high school students for an interactive and educational experience. Between 9am-5pm visiting students will see performances by 热博体育 students, faculty, and our 2026 guest artist Sean Jones! Students will also have the opportunity to participate in open jam sessions with 热博体育’s Jazz Ensembles, perform in a New Orleans style parade, and sit in on a collegiate-level ensemble rehearsal.
ALL instrumentalists and vocalists are encouraged to attend!
